Residential Multi-Family Excavation and Site Development
Central Site Development comprehensive site development and heavy civil construction services for the Alta Roosevelt project, supporting the project’s residential development with turnkey site preparation and infrastructure construction. The project scope included NPDES compliance, demolition, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, retaining walls, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, yard drain and downspout collection systems, water main and fire main installation, as well as site concrete, base, pavement, and striping.
Site preparation and earthwork operations included demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavation, grading, and fill to prepare the property for construction. These services support residential and commercial site preparation throughout Florida and provide developers with the earthwork and grading required for complex multifamily developments. Retaining wall construction was also included as part of the overall site development scope.
Underground utility construction included sanitary sewer, storm sewer, yard drain and downspout collection systems, water main, and fire main installation. The sanitary sewer work included the underground infrastructure required to serve the development, while storm drainage construction provided collection and conveyance through the site. Central Site Development’s experience with underground sanitary and storm sewer installation for apartments and commercial projects supports the construction of reliable utility and drainage systems for large-scale developments.
The project also included site concrete, aggregate base, pavement, and striping to complete the site’s vehicular and pedestrian infrastructure.
