The Alton Manatee project includes clearing and grubbing, earthwork, and excavation and disposal of onsite arsenic as part of the site’s preparation. Our project scope includes installation of the sanitary sewer system, storm sewer system, water main, reclaim main, fire main, and Fire Department Connection (FDC), supporting essential underground utility infrastructure for the development. Additional improvements include road construction, curb and traffic improvements, offsite roadway improvements, and offsite storm sewer installation. Specialized site features include clearing disposal, a static screen consisting of a steel box with grate, a bus stop pad, a PVC liner for Pond 1, and a float control assembly.
