Residential Excavation and Site Development
The Project Scope included land surveying, NPDES compliance, and earthwork, grading, and fill in order to prepare the site for construction, supporting residential site preparation in Florida for construction for residential developers.
Work also included underground sanitary sewer installation, greywater systems, storm drainage systems with associated piping and structures, street and yard drain systems as well as water and fire distribution infrastructure, reflecting expertise in underground sanitary and storm sewer installation for residential projects, sanitary sewer laterals, manholes, and commercial utility infrastructure throughout Florida. Additional improvements included asphalt paving, concrete curb, sidewalks, and concrete flatwork, along with off-site roadway and utility construction, including water main and utility extension projects.
The project is being completed under licensed Florida site contracting standards, delivering comprehensive civil site development services for residential construction projects.
